Technical Producer
Speed represents load time, wherein load time corresponds to customer satisfaction, and time equates to money. SeenThis’s streaming technology employed by the entity propels the acceleration and transformation of the digital media domain, aiming to establish a fresh benchmark for dispensing content across the Internet. According to their perspective, the dilemma of selecting between heightened quality and reduced load time should never confront anyone.
The Challenge
SeenThis needed an experienced Adtech/Media Agency Creative designer who had designed HTML5 Ad banners and had coding knowledge with HTML, CSS and Javascript. There are a very limited number of candidates in the industry with this knowledge.
The Approach
When qualifying the opportunity, we sat down with the Head of Design and we scoped out the market, identifying a target list of Adtech businesses to headhunt from.
The Numbers
Eighty-seven candidates were approached for the project, three were submitted to the Client, and all were interviewed. One hire was made.
The Outcome
We were able to secure this role in 7 days for a highly-qualified Digital Designer from an adtech competitor who had been recently laid off, to start the following week. Both parties were delighted.
