Customer Success Manager

Riedel Communications manufactures and distributes intercom systems and fibre-based media networks for video, audio, and data signals.

The Challenge

Riedel  is growing and they identified a demand from key customers for a Customer Success Manager. The company decided to open this role in order to support those key Clients.

The Numbers

One hundred and twenty individuals were initially targeted, thirty people were spoken to, six were submitted to Client and one was hired.

The Outcome

We managed to find the perfect individual for the opportunity. The Client and candidate are a perfect match and both are very happy.
