Junior Account Manager

Riedel Communications manufactures and distributes intercom systems and fibre-based media networks for video, audio, and data signals.

The Challenge

Riedel wanted to hire a Junior Account Manager - someone who had a background in the Telco industry and had some exposure to sales. They wanted to make this hire due to growth and wanting to expand their security division offerings.

The Approach

We mapped out potential companies and locations near Riedel's HQ. We then contacted as many candidates as possible and had in-depth discussions to ensure the right fit was found.

The Outcome

Riedel interviewed this individual and within 2 weeks made an offer and a hire. All requirements were met.
