Riedel Communications manufactures and distributes intercom systems and fibre-based media networks for video, audio, and data signals.

 

The Challenge

The Client was looking to bring on an expert in Sales, who focuses on SD-WAN and SASE technologies in the enterprise space. This hire is due to growth in the company.

The Approach

We approached our network and posted a job ad, as well as head-hunted the best of the best.

The Numbers

We initially engaged with one hundred and twenty seven candidates.  Seventeen candidates were submitted to Client, nine interviews were conducted and one hire was made.

The Outcome

The Client was very impressed with one of our candidates. They smashed the interviews and, given their fantastic network in the industry, is able to make an impact straight away.
