RENA is a wet processing equipment and services company serving the Semiconductor, MEMs, Solar, and high technology industries.
The main challenge was finding a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in the MedTech industry sector who had demonstrated loyalty and longevity of service in their career. As this role was site-based, it was paramount that the successful candidate lived within a commutable distance to the manufacturing location. In addition, we wanted to ensure the successful candidate was a good cultural fit to RENA and a great addition to the local team.
We used our extensive network and a variety of social platforms to identify relevant candidates to approach. After the initial approach and in-depth qualification calls, we sent a shortlist to the Client. Interviews were arranged with three candidates going through to the face-to-face meetings on the same day. The offer was extended to one of the candidates following his successful performance during the interview.
We approached forty+ candidates, three candidates were invited for an interview on-site and one candidate got the offer.
The chosen candidate was the front runner from the start of the selection process. He did very well during the face-to-face meeting and got offered the job.
