Enterprise Account Executive - Germany

The Challenge

Our Client was looking for someone with expertise in handling complex sales into enterprise level businesses to join their DACH enterprise sales team.

The Approach

We looked within our existing network of candidates within the retail technology space who we knew ticked all the boxes our Client asked for.

The Numbers

Nine candidates were interviewed by expand of which five were shortlisted and shared with the Client. Four to five of those candidates were interviewed by the hiring manager. The hire was made in six weeks.

The Outcome

The successful candidate came from a slightly different background from the original brief of a background in the communications space but was highly recommended by expand for having all the sales skills and experience the Client needed.  In addition they had an excellent proven track record of closing complex new business deals, with multiple stakeholders. The Client agreed that they had the perfect background to add value to the existing enterprise team and moved quickly to an offer.
