Senior Account Manager, London

 

Red Havas offer earned, social, and experiential storytelling with a content focus. They provide a range of services including brand PR, corporate PR, and influencer management. With the overall goal to be the best at content across all the channels at their Client’s disposal: media, web, content, events, social.

The Challenge

Due to expansion within the team, Red Havas were looking for an Account Manager with a social and content background to build, manage and maintain strong relationships with Clients as well as to drivie delivery on Clients' content needs.

The Approach

We initially set up a meeting with Red Havas' internal hiring team to discuss the requirements of the role and what an ideal candidate would look like; to initially gain a true understanding of the impact this role would have on their business. With this knowledge we went to market and sourced candidates/setup calls accordingly.

The Numbers

Ninety-five candidates were initially targeted with twenty-one candidates qualifying. Nine candidates were interviewed by expand with four candidates shortlisted.  The hire was made in six weeks

The Outcome

After two weeks of sourcing and interviewing candidates we sent over four candidates on our initial shortlist for interview. Out of these two were interviewed first as they were both the strongest candidates, After completing three successful interviews, an offer was made and accepted.
