Presales Manager UK
OneStock is Europe’s leading omnichannel order management solution provider, and having taken a significant amount on funding in 2021 they have big plans for expansion into the UK retail market.
The challenge with this role was to find someone based in the UK who had extensive experience in the retail/ecommerce OMS space, who was not only an incredible sales person, but also had the ability to provide expert technical support and the potential to step up and scale a team in the very near future. OneStock were looking for their first Presales team member on the ground in the UK to help them successfully close-down their pipeline of large UK retailers.
We created a highly targeted and personalised outreach campaign across multiple channels to find the best talent out there for this opportunity. We sourced 70 people for the role and qualified 11 of them in depth; 3 of which progressed through to interview with OneStock, where two of expand's incredible candidates went head-to-head at the final stage,
3 candidates from director competitors went through for interview. The team at OneStock loved the final two so much they had to arrange multiple additional stages with stakeholders to come to a decision. Not a bad problem to have.
The successful candidate has extensive experience across presales, management and technical positions in OMS platforms. Not only is she a wonderful person to be around but she will add an unparalleled level of dedication and professionalism to the new UK OneStock team.
