The Challenge

Following huge success and integration with large telcos, Novatiq were launching into a new region with significant demand. They needed a Publisher Acquisition Manager to join the team in the UK with several years of experience managing publisher accounts across EMEA and MENA. The challenge with this role was to find someone who was both a strong sales person, and a competent technical accounts manager, who would be able to onboard new publishers, and manage the technical troubleshooting.

The Outcome

The successful candidate had over 10 years experience in the advertising technology industry, starting on the advertiser side and moving to the supply side. They had a wealth of experience selling into Publishers at start-ups, which gave them the right blend of technical expertise and sales to support Novatiq's growth.
