The Challenge

Following several integrations with large Telcos in the MENA region, Novatiq required a Senior Sales Director to oversee the partnerships across this region and to also onboard new media agencies & build revenue.

The Approach

This was a very specific search, as we required a candidate based in the UK that had sold to MENA-based Media Agencies. We sat down with the founders and identified a target list of businesses with relevant candidates in this market.

The Numbers

We approached 120 candidates initially, narrowed this down to eight which were interviewed, and hired one.

The Outcome
