The Challenge

With the rapid expansion of the business and a new entity set up in the US, Nexoom were looking to place their first on the ground in the new territory.

Using our existing network base in the gaming space, alongside our new AI tool, we were able to pinpoint the exact requirements for the Client.

The Numbers

We reached out to over 180 specific candidates that have experience driving revenue in the Gaming & eSports industry.  From this, we were able to create a shortlist of 6 candidates that were sent to the Client. All 6 candidates were put through the initial first interview stages.

The Outcome

We were able to hire an experienced Head of Business Development with the relevant experience in launching and driving revenue from scratch in the US.
