MiQ is a programmatic media partner for Marketers and Agencies.



The Challenge

MiQ's International team were scaling further and they needed a specialist sales person to join the business in order to work sell into some of their large accounts.

The Approach

The candidate pool for this role is small, so we had to be very specific about mapping the market to find great individuals. We reached out via multiple channels to sell them on the opportunity and move them forward to interview.

The Numbers

Sixty one candidates were initially sourced, four were shortlisted, three were interviewed and one candidate was hired.
