Lumen offer a solution to the unknown through their technology, LAMP, which helps agencies and advertisers understand the impact of their campaigns.
The Challenge
Lumen is experiencing rapid growth and wanted to bring on a Juhior Full Stack engineer to add to the team in order to enhance their abilities.

We tailored our approach and targeted relevant individuals in targeted companies.
The Numbers
Forty five candidates were initially mapped, we reached out to 20. Five were presented to Client and one was hired.
The Outcome
The Client was very impressed with one individual and decided to bring her on. The Client and candidate both are very happy.
