Lumen Research combine eye tracking technology and 1st party data to fully understand the attention that a user gives to an advertisers communications. With so many advertisements reaching consumers, it is hard to distinguish how much really sinks in and the power of an individual ad. Lumen offer a solution to the unknown through their technology, LAMP, which helps agencies and advertisers understand the impact of their campaigns.


The Challenge

Lumen required a Mobile Engineer, who was responsible for developing and extending a patented Eye Tracking Data Collection Platform across IOS and Android. We needed to find a candidate with extensive React Native engineering knowledge for this role.

The Approach

This was a retained search, which involved a Client discovery call where we mapped out the market, and target businesses and discussed a number of target profiles on the market.

The Numbers

150 candidates in were initially in the project, with five candidates eventually being submitted.  Three candidates were interviewed with one hire being made.

The Outcome

We were lucky to secure an extremely talented engineer who had recently relocated to the UK. He had extensive IOS & Android development knowledge and was able to start immediately.
