The Challenge

A shortage in Semiconductor Capital Equipment coming from China has led to a rise in hiring in Europe.

The Approach

Expand's CRM and LinkedIn were utilised to identify relevant candidates - we then approached these potential candidates using Inmail and by phone. Having approached them the best candidates were sent to the Client, interviews were arranged and feedback was given from both sides. An exceptional candidate that they liked from the start received an offer.

The Numbers

147 candidates were targeted with 26 candidates initially qualifying.  5 CVs were sent to Client and an offer was made in 4 weeks.

The Outcome

The candidate was immediately available and at the start of his career. Despite interest from other competitors he felt that KLA would be a better fit for him and offer chances for career progression.
