KLA develop and manufacture process-control and process-enabling solutions that accelerate tomorrow’s electronic devices.

The Challenge

KLA were facing a shortage in Semiconductor Capital Equipment coming from China which has led to a rise in hiring in Europe to fill the gaps.

The Approach

expand utilised eploy and LinkedIn to identify relevant candidates. We then approached these potential candidates using Inmail and by phone. Having approached them we sent the best candidates to the Client, arranged interviews and gave feedback from both sides. An exceptional candidate that they liked from the start received an offer.

The Numbers

64 candidates were targeted with 15 candidates initially qualifying.  3 candidates were shortlisted with an offer being made in 5 weeks.

The Outcome

The successful candidate came from a direct competitor and was looking for more of a European focus. She was an experienced hire, very driven and happy to travel extensively, a problem they have had finding people.
