Account Executive BFSI & Toronto
IPC is a technology and service leader powering the global financial and Channel sales markets. The Challenge
The person in the role had a finite exit date as they were retiring and so IPC needed a replacement within a specific period of time.
The Approach
As we knew the industry well, we had a good target list of companies where we knew suitable candidates would be found. A challenge was that as it is such a niche market and the location was non-negotiable there was a limited pool of candidates who met the criteria of our Client.
The Numbers
Approached twenty-five candidates and presented four. Two were interviewed and one successful hire was made.
The Outcome
The candidate came from a competitor and has over 10+ years’ experience as an Account Executive in the finance industry.
