SVP Partnerships US is a leading Influencer marketing platform.

The Challenge

The Client was looking to launch their US office after recent funding and new product offering the US was a huge priority for them.

The Approach

The ideal candidate would be someone who was an expert in the space and came from another Influencer platform - someome who could be up and and running fast with all the right contacts in the media agencies and brands across the US.

The Numbers

106 candidates were initially targeted with 28 candidates initially qualifying.  12 candidates were  shortlisted with an offfer being made in 3 months.

The Outcome

The successful candidate came from a direct competitor and had already come across in recent pitches and was very keen to progress, He has a wealth of experience across global brands and high growth starts and has built teams from 0-100.
