The Challenge

This was a retained project, that required a Sales Manager with direct brand and agency contacts to spearhead Impact’s UK presence. We had to search for a candidate who had both an interest in sustainability, and a great sales track record in medi

The Approach

Working closely with the CEO, we identified 35 target businesses across the UK to headhunt from. For this search, speed to market was key - we were able to utilise our extensive adTech network and plug into previous shortlists due to a previous hire made in the market just 2 months ago.

The Numbers

One hundred and forty-five candidates were approached, with a shortlisted whittled down to eight candidates. Five interviews were done in a timeline of five weeks.

The Outcome

Impact were extremely pleased to hire an extremely experienced media professional from a competitor who will be able to hit the ground running and take their new product to market in 2024.
