SMS Sales Manager

IDT is a large, global carrier within the telecommunication space, an established and well-known company within the communication industry.

The Challenge

Due to growth plans and ambition to widen their SMS offering to their customer base, IDT wanted to hire an SMS Sales Manager to run the team of existing account managers. The role was confidential, so the search had to be discreet and targeted.

The Approach

Due to the consultants’ existing network in the SMS space and their experience hiring in this area, they were able to shortlist candidates quickly and efficiently. Interviews took place and the process remained confidential.

The Numbers

15 targeted responses, with 4 shortlisted and interviewed, and one hire made.

The Outcome

The briefing call with the hiring manager took place mid-month, and within 8 weeks the employment contract had been accepted and signed. The individual is incredibly respected as a manager in this space and blew the competition away. They will be an asset to the company when they join imminently!
