The Challenge
GumGum were looking to grow their team across EMEA and a crucial hire for this was a new Sales Manager based in Amsterdam. They needed to hire to keep up with demand in the market and ensure a high level of service to their customers.
The Numbers
Fifty-four candidates were initially identified. Fifteen of these responded with interest and video interviews were conducted. Three candidates were shared with the Client with one going to final interview which was accepted.
The Outcome
We were able to identify a relevant candidate who had the agency sales experience required for the role as well as being a great culture match for GumGum! The process was swift and ran over a two week period with an offer being accepted on the same day it was received.
