Senior Sales Manager

The Challenge

Good-Loop had opened an office in the US and needed a further sales person on the ground in order to support the success they had found.

The Approach

We worked with the senior management team at Good-Loop to understand the needs for this particular hire - what their key attributes needed to be as well as the important cultural elements they needed to bring to the table. 

The Numbers

192 candidates were targeted with 91 candidates initially qualifying.  15 were interviewed by expand with 4 candidates being shortlisted. The hire was made in 5 weeks.

The Outcome

There was a tremendously positive response from potential candidates to this role, but we ensured that we only presented people who fit Good-Loop's specific requirements. They interviewed four candidates and were confident they had made the right choice in the person they eventually picked.  Happily the preferred candidate was delighted to accept the offer.
