Good-Loop had been seeing the majority of their revenue coming from the US market but didn’t have a physical presence.

The Approach

After speaking tto the senior leadership team to identify their needs, we gained a good understanding of their needs for this hire. For Good-Loop it was important to the business that we found someone who could go to market and reflect the morals, ethics and culture of the business. 

The Numbers

215 candidates were targeted with 102 candidates initially qualifying.  12 were interviewed by expand with 6 candidates being shortlisted.  The hire made in three weeks

The Outcome

We found six candidates for Good-Loop to interview that embodied everything they wanted, two of these made it to the final stages of the process and they were able to make a final decision from two outstanding people.
