Globacap is a private capital markets ecosystem that allows businesses to compress manual workflow processes, streamlining the execution of transactions across the investment and asset lifecycle. 


The Challenge

Globacap are building out their sales team and this was a crucial hire, to find someone with solid Capital markets SaaS experience, with contacts in banks, hedge funds and asset management.

The Approach

We built a project of all of the SaaS capital market companies in the UK and reached out to all the top sales teams. We reached out to the successful candidate 10 months ago, so when he was ready to make a move he got back in touch with me.

The Numbers

One hundred and fifty potential candidates were approached with ten interviews taking place, one placement was made.

The Outcome

We were able to find the ideal candidate from a competitor of Globacap.
