The Challenge

Having successfully supported Globacap across other business units , they approached expand to look for a Deputy General Counsel.   They were looking themselves, however were not finding the calibre of candidates within the SaaS  capital markets space they had hoped for.

We were able to deliver a shortlist of six candidates within a two-week period, with five being selected for first stage interview, three going on to second interview and two into the final.  One hire was made.

The Outcome

From our network in Fintech and Capital markets, we were able to find the ideal candidate, who had worked in a similar space and was the ideal person, to support their General Counsel.
