The Challenge

Globacap had an urgent need for someone to come in and lead their large financial institutional Clients and then build out a team.

Using our extensive network, we reached out to a number of people  as well as looking in new places for exceptional talent.

The Numbers

We approached sixty-five candidates initially, with fifteen being shortlisted.  Four were interviewed by Globacap.  One offer was made and accepted.

The Outcome
