The Challenge

Globacap wanted to build out their EMEA sales team from scratch.

The Approach

Due to an existing relationship with their Head of People from another Client, expand were brought in to support their business with two critical hires. As we were supporting them with these, we came across a candidate who had the perfect profile for Globacap, so let them know about their experience and due to it being such a strong fit, they were able to hire for a senior sales role sooner than planned.

The Numbers

On this particular occasion, we only had the one candidate in the mix, due it not being a live vacancy.

The Outcome
