EMEA Customer Success Manager

Fraction is a hybrid cloud security engine enabling institutions to define and control how they work with digital assets.

The Challenge

We are supporting Fraction with scaling out their commercial functions globally and they had a need to find a strong senior Customer Success candidate, to manage their EMEA Customer Success function and build out their CS function for EMEA.  

The Approach

We used our strong network in the Crypto, digital assets and blockchain space, to contact all the people in the market who had experience of delivering a strong CS function.  

The Numbers

From reaching out to ninety candidates within our network in Crypto, we were able to deliver a shortlist of four candidates for interview, from whom they offered the successful candidate.  

The Outcome

Fraction are super happy with the candidate we have provided and we continue to support them scale out their teams.
