Finecast is a leading addressable TV company which enables advertisers to precision target viewers across on-demand, linear and live streaming TV environments.


The Challenge

This was an essential hire as part of Finecast's growth plans for 2022/2023. The biggest challenge was finding a candidate with a variety of experience in Product Management, Development, go-to market strategy and Connected TV knowledge.

15 candidates were targeted with 6 candidates initially qualifying.  3 candidates were shortlisted with an offer made in 3 weeks.

The successful candidate was an extremely experienced product professional with over a decade of Adtech knowledge. He is very pleased to secure a director level role in a forward-thinking media agency with exciting growth aspirations for the next 12-18 months.
