The Challenge

DynamicWeb were looking for someone with business development experience in ecommerce technology to expand their network of ERP consultancy partners in the DACH region. DACH is growing rapidly for them and this person will make a huge impact to DynamicWeb’s customer experience and revenue.

The Approach

For this search, thirty-five candidates were identified by expand as being potentially suitable for this role. Tenof these were screened by the team, six of those being shortlisted and recommended for interview. Four of those candidates were interviewed by DynamicWeb and the successful candidate was identified as the ideal fit very early on in the process. The interview process took three  weeks from introduction to the candidate signing the contract.

The Outcome

The candidate hired by DynamicWeb has a demonstrated history at great companies within the composable commerce space, with experience at a MACH-certified vendor which aligns perfectly with DynamicWeb’s goals for the future.
