The Challenge
Displayce have been rapidly expanding across Europe and needed to enter the big 5 markets quickly. Their aim is to only hire entrepreneurial talent that can add long term value to the business.
The Approach
Having launched more than 20 adTech start-ups in Italy we had a strong network. We used our existing network to run a referral driven search.
The Numbers
Forty senior leaders were approached for referrals , fifteen referrals were given, with eight candidates interviewed by expand, Five were submitted to Displayce and one was hired.
The Outcome
A new Head of Sales that met the criteria exactly delivered within 8 weeks.
