Senior Review Manager – Senior Forensic Examiner

Disco is an all-in-one platform to build, market and scale a new breed of live, social learning empire.

The Challenge

Disco was looking to hire Senior Examiner to support their East coast review services. Disco have recently made hires across Data Operations and Digital Forensics and are now looking to build out the review team due to the increase in case management across the US.

The Approach

This was a referral-based approach where we targeted multiple review managers and continued to ask referral-based questions. Although the succeessful candidate is now part of the Disco team, we’re still looking to hire another Senior Review Manager.

The Numbers

50 candidates approached with 12 interviewed by expand.  4 candidates were shortlisted and a hire made in 3 weeks, with another candidate at reference stage for the other review manager role.

The Outcome

The candidate was counter-offered by their current employer, but still accepted the role at Disco. Equality and diversity were a key factor in her decision, which is why we arranged the SVP of Disco to reach out and go through their D&I plans.
