Digital Realty is a world-leading Data Centre platform provider that operates in over 300 locations globally.

The Challenge

Having undergone constant growth and exceptional success, Digital Realty decided to bring on a Sales & Partner Enablement Manager to manage these aspects of the business.

The Approach

This was a search where we had to map out the market and have as many discussions as possible. There were different approaches and avenues we had to take in order to obtain the correct individual. We had weekly catch-ups with the Client to ensure alignment throughout the process.

The Numbers

205 candidates targeted with 46 candidates initially qualifying.  7 were interviewed by the Client with 1 candidate being shortlisted, The hire was made in 4 months

The Outcome

After four months of market mapping and ensuring we explored all possible avenues, we found the perfect candidate who had the right amount of experience, the right driven attitude and would be stepping forward in his career with this role. The company culture fit was also fantastic.
