Technical Training Engineer (RAN)
Dense Air partners with cities and carriers to create plug-and-play active neutral host 5G small cell infrastructure that more efficiently densifies wireless networks by reducing the need for redundant radios in the same critical indoor and outdoor locations.
Dense Air required someone to develop and deliver training courses on wide ranging topics in the RAN, including Dense Air Neutral host network architecture operational practices, and technology.
The Client needed an ex-engineer that had gone into learning and development in the same field. The successful individual would also need experience in the design and delivery of training courses which can prove to be a tricky combination to find. After researching competitors that outsource RAN/5G training we then managed to find the right candidate via LinkedIn InMail.
45 candidates were targeted with 2 candidates initially qualifying. Both candidates were shortlisted and an offer was made in 4 weeks.
The successful candidate had extensive experience in working for competitors and a wide range of knowledge on 4G and 5G and as a result he was able to hit the ground running.
