The Challenge

Contentsquare wanted to start to build out a new team of Strategic Account Managers in the UK focusing on Tier 1 retailers and brands.

The Approach

Our first port of call was to utilise our CRM,  Loxo to run a multi-channel outreach to identify the perfect type of candidate with the exact experience they needed in an Account Manager.

The Numbers

We initially reached out to around 100 people and whittled this down to ten at the qualification phase. From these ten, four were moved into the interview process.  Three of these went through to the panel task receiving good feedback. The last two went through to the final stage, with the successful candidate being the front runner from day one receiving an offer the same day.

The Outcome

The successful candidate came from a customer engagement platform as an Account Manager where she had worked her way up from Business Development Representative. She learned the skills to build a systematic and strategic approach to her Clients which was exactly what Contentsquare were looking for.
