The Challenge

Constructor is an early-stage company with little or no traction outside of the US apart from their partner relationships. They closed $55m series A funding recently and are committed to scaling their EMEA team considerably - they needed a Pre-Sales lead to kick off their campaign.

The Approach

We utilised our extensive personal network for recommendations, combined with running a competitor search on LinkedIn.  This tailored approach yielded the results and numbers we needed.

The Numbers

After 100+ approaches, the field was narrowed down to 25 candidates which were vetted by expand.  10 candidates were submitted to Client with a hire made.
