A leading Data Products and Technology business that work with Advertising/Media businesses with data-led projects.

The Challenge

The industry demand for candidates at this level is fierce. Candidates were interviewing at multiple businesses, so we had to ensure this opportunity was both suitable and financially viable.

The Approach

Over the past 12 months expand have been building a large network of AdTech professionals, specifically Product Managers due to the demand from Clients. This way when a role comes in we have candidates already to mind, meaning the time from qualification to hire is much quicker.

The Numbers

40 candidates were initially targeted with 10 candidates initially qualifying.  3 candidates were shortlisted and an offer made in 2 weeks.

The Outcome

The successful candidate was a very experienced Product Manager who was looking for a step up in their career.
