
A large tech recruitment project (Onsite Secondment) in both London and Poland consisting of 8 Engineering and Product roles.
Captify is a leading advertising technology and search intelligence specialist.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was firstly finding candidates across multiple locations with a specific technical skillset. Secondly it was managing stakeholders and hiring managers to provide regular updates, booking in interviews, placeholders and also negotiating salary and benefit packages.
The Approach
Over the course of this project, expand researched potential target businesses across Europe with specific technology stack development skillset/candidates. Once these had been identified this we were able to attract great talent, all who have all succeeded at Captify.
The Numbers
50 candidates were initially sourced with 35 candidates qualifying. 25 candidates were shortlisted with 10 offers made in 3 months.
The Outcome
expand have formed a solid relationship with Captify, working closely with Senior Directors and understanding their challenges and processes. We have built a long standing relationship with the team there and have since had further process both in the UK and US.
