The Challenge

Audiomob are scaling fast and needed a high-impact Head of Sales EMEA to join their team.

The Approach

expand group have a very good network in EMEA AdTech sales and a strong view of the current market. We went straight to the candidates we have in our network collectively who we thought we be a good fit and as always, conducted a comprehensive search of the market to un-earth new candidates where possible.

The Numbers

We submitted seven candidate profiles for the team at Audiomob to review. All very strong agency sellers in the UK with networks in EMEA and knowledge of the programmatic eco-system. Six candidates were selected for interview with the Hiring Manager, and two went through for the final presentation session with the founders.

The Outcome

The successful candidate has 18 years of experience leading commercial agency sales team across EMEA in the AdTech market and 10 years with audio specific experience that is perfect for Audiomob. They have lead highly successful sales teams and launched in new regions several times, making them the perfect with to help Audiomob scale in the UK.
