The Challenge

Amplience are heading for significant growth over the next year and needed a Marketing Operations expert with strong experience in B2B SaaS, who could come in and take ownership of the MOps/automation function. Being the first role of it's kind for them, it was absolutely critical to find someone who could offer an educational piece, and who shared the same passion and ambition for the technology as the rest of the team.

The Approach

The candidate was found from within our own eComm tech team's existing network. They were starting to think about exploring new opportunities and this one came at just the right time, ticking all of the boxes.

The Numbers

Twelve candidates were interviewed by expand from our existing network, six of them being put forward for review to Amplience’s talent team. Four out of six were selected for interview and two candidates stood out to the Hiring Manager.  After an opportunity for the rest of the marketing team to meet the two, one stood out as a fantastic addition to the team, and they moved quickly to an offer.

The candidate started their Marketing Operations journey in 2018, specialising in operations/automation at companies like American Express, Virtuoso & Adobe. They are delighted with their move.
