Senior Vice President, The Americas

 

Amplience is a pre-IPO VC backed CMS and DAM commerce company and MACH Alliance member.

 

The Challenge

Amplience had an excellent VP Sales Americas in place who was recently headhunted out of the business. We have hired extensively for Amplience in the past, so they came to us to find a strong replacement to take on the task of leading and scaling their American commercial operations.

The Approach

We ran a full search based on the fact they are keen to focus on a diversity hire, specifically they wanted to bring on a senior woman into the global leadership team. We found our candidate and approached her via LinkedIn, and she came back intrigued as she had had previous dealings with the Amplience CRO.

The Numbers

Four candidates were initially submitted with all four candidates being interviewed.  They all moved to the second stage, with the successful candidate being identified and hired by the end of the process.

The Outcome

The successful candidate is a highly-decorated senior international commercial leadership person with a background in leading high performing sales teams across the Americas and internationally for both large tier1 corporates and exciting earlier stage high-growth startups.
