DACH Senior Customer Success Manager

 

Amplience is a heavily invested pre-IPO CMS and DAM ecommerce platform.

The Challenge

Our Client had struggled in previous attempts to build out their Central European team from scratch, so were acutely aware of how important this key hire of a DACH Senior Customer Success Manager would be to strong growth in the region.

The Approach

A standard exclusive contingent search, we first spoke to our network in the region to explore those who may be open to an exploratory conversation. We then ran an exhaustive search to identify the most suitable profiles.

The Numbers

89 candidates were targeted, with 20 initially engaged.  10 were interviewed by expand and 4 candidates shortlisted. The hire was made in 6 weeks.

The Outcome

Amplience decided early on who the perfect person would be – the candidate had certain family commitments however, meaning we needed to agree to a reduced working hour week, which my client was happy to do due to the fit for the business.
