Alkimi Exchange is a decentralised ad exchange platform built on blockchain technology. It aims to revolutionise the programmatic advertising industry by offering a more transparent, efficient, and fair system for advertisers, publishers and users.

The Challenge 

Alkimi Exchange have been seeing consistent quarter on quarter growth throughout 2024. They have been able to secure agreements with some of the biggest media agencies and advertisers across Europe, because of this success they needed to enhance their ability to penetrate a specific set of agencies by hiring a new sales director.

The Approach

This was a network driven search tapping into out network of over thirty thousand UK-based Sales Directors.

The Numbers

Thirty candidates were initially identified, with eighteen candidate interviews being done by expand, five candidate interviews being done by Alkimi, who subsequently hired one, perfect person.
