Alkimi Exchange is the world's first decentralised ad exchange.

The Challenge

Alkimi exchange were looking for its first sales director based in London to help build its reputation with agencies and brands in the UK market.

The Approach

This was a search that involved identifying a unique profile with a passion for start-up life and, a strong interest in emerging blockchain technology and how could benefit the adTech industry.

The Numbers

Twenty-five candidates were identified with five candidates being shortlisted.  Four first-stage interviews followed, with two offers being made to two exceptional candidates.

The Outcome

We found two amazing candidates that had a long history of scaling adTech start-ups as a team. Both had a keen interest in blockchain, NFT’S and emerging digital technology. They will divide and conquer the agency landscape in London….watch this space!
