The Challenge

APMC was in search of a Senior Technical Product Manager, a role requiring a unique combination of technical leadership, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product initiatives. The most significant challenge in the search was finding a candidate with AdTech and streaming experience, which narrowed the pool of target businesses significantly.

The Approach

In light of mass redundancies at one of APMC’s key competitors, I reached out to several qualified candidates within our network, facilitating introductions with the hiring manager.

The Numbers

15 candidates were targetted, two were interviewed and one hire was made.

The Outcome

We successfully secured an exceptionally talented Product Manager from a direct competitor, who was able to immediately step into the role and begin contributing effectively.
